1. Collab between Collective Arts (Canada) and Civil Society (Florida) - CA says: We collaborated on a beer inspired by the perfect cold-weather cocktail: Fireball and hot chocolate. This imperial stout is brewed with a huge amount of cinnamon, marshmallows, cacao powder and lactose sugar. After getting aged in Canadian Rye Whiskey barrels for 9 months, this Florida/Canada lovechild is ready to drink! 11.6% ABV

2. Collab between Collective Arts (Canada) and Mikerphone (Chicago) - CA says: IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN MAPLE SYRUP BOURBON BARRELS W/ WALNUT These barrels have been through the ringer! They started with bourbon, moved on to maple syrup, and finally they’re finishing off with our delicious Imperial Stout base, brewed in collaboration with the Chicago-based brewery Mikerphone. All those layers are the perfect blend of Americana and Canadiana, finished with an additional dose of that sweet syrup we all love, and toasted walnuts for a classic pairing. 9% ABV

3. Collab between Collective Arts (Canada) and Mikkeller (Denmark) - CA says: When you’re brewing with international beer legends like Mikkeller from Denmark, you’ve got to make something outside of the box! In an homage to their iconic Beer Geek Breakfast series, we brewed a vegan-latte inspired imperial stout. Aged in freshly emptied Kentucky Bourbon Barrels, this brew gets a jolt of caffeine from roasted coffee beans from Detour Coffee, and some smoothness from Almond Milk from Earth’s Own plant based beverage company. 11.3% ABV

4. Collab between Collective Arts (Canada) and Pohjala (Estonia) - ABV 9.60% CA says "About 7,000 KM and the Atlantic Ocean separate us from our friends at Põhjala Brewery from Estonia. But geography doesn't mean a thing when kindred brewing spirits come together! We put a Baltic Porter base into freshly emptied XO Cognac barrels from France to age for 9 months. After that we added plums to elevate the sweet stone fruit character. This beer exemplifies the beautifully deep, sweet, and rich cognac flavours. Pour a glass and curl up in front of a roaring fire"
