GRILLO is a native grape in Sicily. It has enough body anfd personality to often be bottled like this as a single varietal wine. Notes like white wild flower and tropical fruit, honeydew melon, grapefruit and refreshing acidity.
Grillo is a great alternative to Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and Viognier.
Colosi's firm has been working in the wine field for three generations. The cellar, located in Messina, is run by the oenologist Piero Colosi who, with the precious contribution of his father Pietro, follows the various stages of wine-making, from vinification to refinement and from bottling to marketing both in Italy and abroad.
