Light, chillable red! A delightful example of the wines from the Durigutti family nostalgic series, focusing on the wines and grapes they used to drink at home.
VARIETAL: 100% organically grown Sangiovese
VINEYARD: Rivadavia, Mendoza. Stony loam soils
VINES: Planted in 1940 in Pergola.
WINEMAKERS: Pablo and Hector Durigutti
WINEMAKING: 3 day cold maceration, fermentation with native yeasts in concrete eggs
Bottled unfined and unfiltered. (=vegan suitable)
TASTING NOTES: Cherry red color with aromas of red fruits such as raspberries. Smooth tannins with a refreshing finish.
Only 300 cases made.
