Miniscule production, family estate in southern France's Languedoc area. Natural wine, wild fermentation, no chemicals or additives, no fining or filtration. This wine is earthy and profound.
We are located in the Aude, in AOC Fitou, and our vines grow in a dry, windy spot beside salt ponds near the Mediterranean. An organic approach is obvious to me so both the vineyard and cellar are worked with minimum input and a great respect for life and nature.
