Doniene Gorrondona farms ecologically and the wines are fermented using only the native, indigenous yeasts for spontaneous fermentation. Itziar and Andoni believe in creating wines that reflect their distinct terruño with the goal of crafting the most authentic wines in the region.
Grapes in blend: 85% Hondarrabi Zuri, 8% Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia, 4% Munemahatsa, and 3% Hondarrabi Beltza
Resfreshing acidity, citrus zest, pale orchard fruits, salinity. Awesome with seafood and BBQ.
