Vinified in natural terracotta amphorae, with a maceration on the skins for three months, Orci is characterized by its vigorous and full-bodied taste, with hints of cooked apple and ripe apricot on the nose. It goes well with shellfish, young cheeses, savory pies and mushroom rice.
