The palate opens with Bing cherry, dried raspberry and cocoa nibs before graduating to coconut and roasted marshmallow with hints of Herbs de Provence. On the nish, our red wine blend reveals pleasant notes of sour cherry, candied orange peel and light clove. This is a full-bodied, crowd-pleasing wine that is versatile enough to serve with pizza, barbecued meats or boldly-spiced grilled vegetables.
