TASTING NOTES:

View: Delicate yellow color.
Nose: The nose has a wide aromatic fruity bouquet of apple, pear, banana and mango, with a touch of citrus.
Mouth: fruity wine with round tannins, which gives us golosidad mouth. With balanced acidity.

APPELLATION: Terra Alta (Spain).

GRAPES: 60% Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo 35%, and 5% Moscatel.

AGING: young wine aged in stainless steel tanks.

PREPARATION: Fermentation at controlled temperature of 18 C in stainless steel tanks.

WINE PAIRING: Ideal to pair with pasta dishes, or any kind of red meat.
